This notice explains how enquiries are handled on the current WanTan website. The site presents measurement products and application information and provides a product enquiry form.
Information in enquiries
The form stores the name, company, email address or telephone number, product of interest and measurement requirements you enter. A name, requirements and at least one contact method are required. Do not include unrelated sensitive information.
Use and storage
Enquiries are stored in the website database for authorised administrators to review and handle. They are not displayed on product pages, and this form does not automatically send email. Administrators can retain or delete enquiries as needed to handle them.
Browsing, fonts and cookies
Fonts and images are served by this website rather than an external font service. The current frontend does not load third party analytics scripts. WordPress uses necessary login cookies for administration. The server may keep necessary access and error logs.
Access, corrections and deletion
To ask about, correct or delete an enquiry, use the contact page and provide its approximate submission time, your request and a contact method for verification. Do not send additional identity documents unless necessary and the process has been confirmed.
